Beth and I went by the house today to start moving some things and putting up towel racks, etc. and were overwhelmed with the job that all of you had done! Beth finally got excited and even came up to me and spontaneously said, "I'm really happy!" (And, as you know, "When Momma is happy everyone is happy!"). What a pleasant surprise to see the basket of goodies, also. Please convey to Patrick, Brad, Kandy and everyone that we are really pleased, excited to live in the community, and thankful for all of your excellent work. One of the major emphasis that I plan to have in my new business location is to make sure that we exceed our patient's expectations, and you all have certainly done that. Thank you! Vic | |
| Initially, we were somewhat heistant to move into Chandler Walk. We had moved from Florida to Georgia and did not know the community or the builder. We had heard horror stories from friends about the trials and tribulations of building a home, but decided to go forward and take a chance on Chandler Walk.
We were comforted that we made the right decision from our first encounter with Karen, our sales agent, who was friendly and more than helpful. We then met the builders of our new home, Brad and Patrick. They were attentive to all our concerns, always available to answer our questions, reassuring us that all our needs would be met (and actually did so!) and were sincere in their wish that we be happy with our home and their product. There are no horror stories to tell here!
Now that we are living in our beautiful new home, we can see for ourselves the pride Stillwater Communities has in their work, with quality being the end result. Features that would ordinarily be upgrades in other products are standards in our home. To say we are satisfied with the entire building process and with the quality and beauty of our home would be an understatement. Although I hope we don't have to, but we would not hesitate to purchase a home from this builder again.
I guess the best testimonial I can give to Chandler Walk and Stillwater Communities would be that, on our recommendation, my brother and sister-in-law built a home next door to us and love it as much as we love ours. Now we are in the process of persuading my mother and father-in-law to move into Chandler Walk, as well!
We are so fortunate that we picked Chandler Walk, with its beautiful nature setting (we have hummingbirds coming to our feeder!) and Stillwater Communities builders, Brad and Patrick, for building us our perfect home.

The total experience exceeded our expectations, from the professionalism of the realty group to the quality and workmanship of the home. The punch list items were taken care of on a timely basis and the responsiveness and courtesy extended to us was very much appreciated. you and your team are to be congratulated on the quality and integrity of your organization.
The addition of the porte-cochere enhanced the look of the house and appears very seamless. You would never know it was an add-on. And for the sunroom addition, we absolutely love the finished product! It looks outstanding and we will be proud to enjoy it with our family and friends!

| It’s been almost six months since my wife Donna and I moved into our new home in Chandler Walk and I believe its past time that I report on our feelings since beginning our dealings with Karen Eggers, Brad, Patrick and all the subcontractors involved with Stillwater Communities.
Over the course of many years, we have had ‘mostly’ good experiences with new home builders. Our last home however, which was a custom designed home and was to be our dream home, was truly a disaster. We were in a 5-year long court battle with the builder/developer that ultimately ended up in the Georgia State Court of Appeals twice and The Georgia Supreme Court. Our case was finally settled in December of last year and we wanted to stay in the Loganville area.
We found our new dream home at 235 Chandler Walk, a plan called ‘The Bainbridge’. The house was near finished when we elected to go under contract, but we wanted some major changes and upgrades including an open stair well from the main living room area into the basement and finishing a significant part of the basement so that it all blended into the floor plan and appeared to be part of the total living area of the home.
The finished product was truly unbelievable. Beyond the finished designed product the overall quality of the home is beyond our wildest expectations. Yes, we have had a few minor issues that required follow-up, but Stillwater and their subs have never had to be called twice and all issues have been resolved quickly, professionally, and effectively.
Donna and I just wanted to say thank you to all involved with Stillwater Communities for a wonderful new home and restoring our faith that their really are good builders and subcontractors that care about the customers, their craft and their finished product.
